Kim is a Managing Partner with Epiphany HR Solutions.
She is an accomplished and results oriented HR Consultant and master facilitator with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, teams, and executives, creating vision and structure where there is none and developing end-to-end human resources solutions. Her expertise is in guiding individuals and organizations toward personal and organizational effectiveness.
Kim offers a full range of Human Resource Management consulting, training and facilitation services, including Human Resource audits, development of performance management systems, establishing Human Resource metrics, helping organizations leverage a diverse workforce, recruiting and executive coaching. Julia Mourer, SPHR
Julia is a Senior HR Consultant with Epiphany HR Solutions.
Ms. Mourer has over 13 years of experience in Human Resource Management. She has worked for several fortune 500 employers and has also worked for local manufactures. Throughout her career, Julia’s passion and success has been in Staffing /Recruiting and Organizational Development.
Her areas of expertise are in employee relations, talent management, executive recruiting, and on-boarding. Julia also has substantial experience in, payroll/benefits design, training, OFCCP compliance, HRIS implementation and professional coaching. Julia holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Miami University- Oxford
