Since founding Epiphany HR Solutions in 2004, Heather has become a trusted advisor to business owners and senior level leaders seeking people-focused strategies that drive measurable results.
She combines strategic foresight with a hands-on approach, helping companies build strategies and systems that protect, empower, and scale their teams.
Her expertise spans leadership development, workforce development, compliance, and culture transformation equipping organizations to manage people and performance with confidence. Heather has graduated from Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women: Black in Business program, recognizing her commitment to entrepreneurial growth and excellence.
She also served on various Boards and local Committees, where she continues to champion ethical business practices, community leadership, and professional integrity.
